Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Photos or videos of the issue may be requested.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
