Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong item was received.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Photos or videos of the issue may be requested.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
