At TheNutraCore.com. we stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day refund and return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
•The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
•The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
•Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
•Opened or used products
•Items purchased more than 14 days ago
•Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
•Gift cards
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or tampered with.
How to Request a Return or Refund
1.Contact Us
Email us at support@thenutracore.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.Wait for Approval
We will respond within 2 business days to confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
3.Ship the Product Back
Once approved, return the item(s) to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
